What is Our Cancellation and Refund Policy?

  • To cancel your Account’s paid subscription, go to your “Change Plan” page in your admin area and click the “CANCEL PAID PLAN” button.  This will convert your account back to our free plan and will ensure you will not be billed at the start of the next monthly subscription period. 
  • To cancel and delete your Account completely, email us at support@localsolo.com.
  • If you were just charged for your next month of LocalSolo, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.  Let us know at support@localsolo.com
  • If your account is terminated by us due to a breach of our Terms of Use Agreement, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to retain the current monthly subscription fee without any offset or refund of any kind.
